Tours in Cairns Booking Information, Payment Information, Privacy, Terms & Conditions
Booking Information.
- Tour tickets will be emailed to you for printing, unless otherwise stated
- AUD- prices are in Australian Dollars
- EMC- Environmental Management Charge or Reef Tax applies on reef tours and is subject to change
- GST- prices are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax
- Fuel Levy- applies on some tours and is subject to change, introduction or removal without notice
- All tours are subject to the operator's individual conditions of travel and cancellation policies. Please ask if you would like further details
- Prices are as up to date as practicable. Operators do reserve the right to change their prices without notice and I apologize if I have to pass on same
- Date changes on your tour are up to the discretion of the tour provider and dependant upon availability. Please contact Tours in Cairns via email prior to your departure from home or the operator once you have arrived in Cairns, if this is necessary, on the number supplied to you on your ticket. Charges may apply
- Operators reserve the right to alter itinerary due to operational and safety requirements
- You will be required to reconfirm each tour the day before departure to give the operator the opportunity to change your pick-up/departure time if required. This also gives you an opportunity to ask any last minute questions you may think of
- If you fail to reconfirm your tour and miss your pick-up, your deposit is non-refundable
Payment Information.
- Payments for tour deposits must be made at time of booking by credit card via Pay Pal. Direct transfer is available to Australian clients – ask for details if you prefer this method of payment
- Tour deposits are non-refundable inside of 14 days prior to travel. Outside of 14 days your deposit is refundable less a $20 administration fee unless otherwise stated. Travel insurance is always recommended.
- Your deposit will be refunded via Pay Pal if the tour you are booked on cannot run on the day due to weather or operator unforeseen circumstances and an alternative tour or travel day is not available for you to travel on
- In most cases, the balance of your tour can be paid on tour pick-up/check-in by cash (AUD), credit card and often traveler’s cheques. Some operators may charge for the use of a credit card and this is beyond the control of toursincairns.com. If you would like further confirmation on this, please ask when you re-confirm your tour. Generally most operators do not charge a fee
- Extended tours may require prepayment in full. This is stated on the tour information sheet
- Some tours may require payment in full
Privacy.
- Information collected by Tours in Cairns is kept with your privacy in mind. Only necessary information required to make a booking is provided to operators
- No credit card details are kept by us unless required by a tour operator – you will be fully aware if this should happen

- All information provided by toursincairns.com is provided free, is of a generalized nature and supplied in good faith. Should you notice anything that you feel is incorrect, misleading or out of date on this site, please contact me and I will happily rectify the problem
- Toursincairns.com takes no responsibility whatsoever for incorrect or misleading information that may be supplied by tour operators
- Toursincairns.com acts as an agent for tour providers and accepts no responsibility for their acts and omissions or for loss, injury or death that may occur while under the care of each individual tour operator
- All photos used on our site are used as a general representation and do not constitute any form of representation or guarantee that all the attributes will be as depicted. The majority of photos have been supplied by each individual tour operator
