How to book a tour
1.. Select the tour / tours you would like to do
2.. Add it / them to your shopping cart
3.. Proceed to the check-out
4.. Follow the prompts to pay your deposit*
5.. You will receive an instant order confirmation
6.. I will personally email you your ticket /s and all instructions for the tour**
7.. Print your ticket (it's for your records and for the operator on the day of travel)
Special notes:
*Your deposit is paid with your credit card via a secure service at Pay Pal. You don't require a PayPal account. Tours in Cairns does not see or hold your card details at any stage.
**This will arrive within 0-12 hours generally. Occasionally owner / operators are out for the day hosting tours and cannot be reached till the evening, or I am out on site inspections etc. If you have not heard from me within 24 hours, please send me a note via 'contact us' as Cyberspace can be guilty of eating mails as we all know! Thankfully this is "extremely" rare.
What about cancellations?
If a tour cannot operate then you are refunded in full. Please see Terms and Conditions if you would like further information.
